Coach Charlotte graduated from John L. LeFlore High School as a captain, setter and Outside Hitter of  the volleyball team. She went on to walk on as Defensive Specialist/ Libero at University of Mobile and was awarded a scholarship during her junior and senior year. Her specialty during her college career was her top spin jump serve, gaining her the accolade of 36th in the nation for service aces her senior year. After finishing her career at U of Mobile as a graduate assistant coach, she moved to Atlanta to pursue coaching as a profession. From 2012 to the present, coach Charlotte has been Head Trainer, Master Coach, Assistant Coach, Facility Director and Club Manager for a multitude of programs and clubs, while working under and learning from professional volleyball players, college coaches, and Olympic medalists.
