A Mobile AL native and former University of Mobile Libero, Charlotte Stutts returns home to lead the MOB City ecosystem after 15+ years of coaching at the highest levels of the elite Atlanta volleyball circuit, 5 of those years spent under direct Olympic Mentorship refining a specialized "Fine-Tuning" methodology that builds elite defensive programs from the ground up. Her expertise lies in the surgical mastery of serving mechanics, serve-receive precision, and advanced defensive IQ. Rooted in the philosophy that a team’s collective strength is unlocked through the maximized potential of the individual, Charlotte is on a mission to develop disciplined, high-IQ athletes across the Gulf Coast. Whether mentoring youth in the Academy or professionalizing the Adult Stage, she remains driven by a singular core mantra: "Do the work, do your best, and you will progress."
